Desert Bloom
But what can I say: we’ve had a very nice summer in Vancouver, and with weather is so nice it’s hard to find any extra time to be on the keyboard. Now that we’re heading back toward rainy nights, the dry desert of this blog can bloom once again.
It’s also been a very busy summer, and as it was getting under way I posted a coy update to my availability panel in the sidebar:
This ended up being a bit too clever, as nobody asked me for an early scoop, and I was terribly disappointed. But the big news did come to pass, and both happenings deserve mention here: the launch of the DreamBank beta, and the kickoff of Ma.gnolia 2 at Gnomedex 8. As often happens, what started out as one blog post has quickly become two, but it felt right to mark the return of life here.
